Actually, I was benching like this
110@12 reps the 120@10 reps then 130@8 reps then 140@6reps then 110@ 12 again, then after that i would do a set of dumbell flies. And they havent gotten much smaller at all. Right now im thinking liposuction.

Let me make this VERY clear to you... LIFTING WEIGHTS WILL NOT GET RID OF MAN BOOBS !!!... You gotta go out and run, do some sort of cardio !!!... What you wanna do is BURN the fat, not try and turn it into muscle, cause my friend, it will NOT happen... Set out about three days a week where you can wake up nice and early and do some cardio, go for a 30 min jog, run up and down your stairs, punch into thin air... Just do something to get your heartrate up and do that for a good amount of time... Don't do cardio later in the day after you've eaten and such, you wanna wake up early, drink a little water, and go to it. When you do it in the morning your body has no food to use as energy, thus you burn your stored energy which is fat !!!... And drink A LOT OF WATER, your body will retain water if it doesn't get enough, and no coffee doesn't count, you need PURE water, and about 8 glasses of it ;)

Good luck my friend

Thats the other thing I should have mentioned, I do jog 3 times a week. And I drink tons of water, At work alone I drink at least 2 liters... but i need it there, its very dry (welding factory). And while I'm home I drink probally a liter. Ive managed to drop 31lbs but I havent noticed any difference in my lower chest. Huge Difference in my upper.
Sorry about the confusion, next time i'll post the whole story.

LOL... well then... How long would you say you jog for ? How old are you ? What's your body type ? You might wanna consider a heart rate monitor watch to keep track of your heart rate when you do your jogs... Also try to not JUST jog, when you're joging every 5 mins or so run for a good 30 seconds to a minuite to get the blood pumping !!!...

Do you have access to a gym ?... You might wanna consider biking instead of running, I can bike for over 3 hours straight and still have more energy to push myself further, yet I have trouble jogging for an hour straight, you should give it a shot, maybe jogging just isn't your thing ;)
