I have this tiny (like the size of a pin head) black pimple like thing on my labia. (outer lip area) It looks kind of like a tiny blood blister. I it painful and I tried to pop it so now it hurts more. What came out of it was a little blood and clear fluid and not much. Could this be an ingrown hair or something else more serious. If someone could help............please do I am really worried.
Thanks

It sounds like a blister of some sort...did you accidentally pinch yourself there? If it was an ingrown hair I think it would be more of a pea size ball and you could move it around with your fingers. It would appear to be inside the skin. A blood blister does hurt after you pop it and blood and puss will come out. Just like a regular blister (you see clear puss coming out) but with blood as well. They always hurt more when you pop it, but that it is the quickest way to get rid of it. Did the size of it go down a little after you popped it?

If it doesn't go away or at least get smaller in a couple of days I would call your OBGYN and ask. BTW do you use condoms all the time, because if it gets worse maybe it could be herpes. Don't worry about that yet until you've waited a couple days and seen your OB.

It is so small that it is almost seed like, I don't know how to explain it. Maybe a little bigger then white head but it is purple/black. I could have pinched it somewhere i guess. My boyfriend and I always use condoms, and he just found out about 1 month ago that he has warts.......we have only been together a short time and he was really my first sexually experience. Could it be a wart? But I heard that they don't hurt and look more like skin tags. I have dr's appt in a few weeks.

I don't think it's a wart. It sounds exactly like a blood blister or even a pimple to me. They do hurt a heck of a lot for little buggers but popping them should make them go away faster. Be sure to keep the area very clean. I would even recommend swabing it with a little alcohol (yeah it'll sting).

HOWEVER, the fact that your boyfriend does have warts is reason enough to go to the doctor ASAP to see if you have contracted warts from him. And while you are there you can ask about the blister thing too.
