I am 6 day post-op from SMAS facelift. Have a lot of swelling on both sides of face, and down neck. What kinds of lymph drainage would help reactivate the lymph system:?

Swelling after surgery is a normal thing. There is nothing you can do to rush the process. Sorry :( You just have to give your body time to deal with the trauma and heal itself.
