Hi!!! Is anyone else using the ab scissor? I would be interested in what you think of it and how long you've been using it? Thanks!

I've owned all these :

Ab Slider
Ab Doer
Ab Twister
Ab Gym

And To be totally honest, it was a huge waste of $$$... I could have gotten a better workout using a excercise ball (a rubber inflated ball) that you could pay $20 US at the most for... I would suggest looking into it if I were you, it's a lot cheaper and %200 more effective than anything you could buy off TV... And keep in mind, none of these machines will give you washboard abs unless you have cardio somewhere in your workout ;)

Just my two cents

thanx for the advice StraightSailor, but I've already purchased it and I'm using it. So far it's been ok and I am getting some results. I do include cardio in my workouts and I also do resistance training! thanx again for the advice! :) ...suthern gurl
