can a surgen redo a skin nerve that is located around the TMJ joint / ear to relieve pain? like in move it so there are less nerve centers on the skin that detect pain?

i have a problem were my skin is hypersensitive to vibrations on the spot mention above on my right. i have went through a slew of doctors and only hit and touched maybe 1 or twice if that on reconstructive surgery.

i don't have hearing problems, tmj problems, etc... simply stated above i have a size of a dime that is hypersensintive to vibrations / sounds that causes pain.
