I am going away for 7 days and there is no gym at the hotel that I am staying at. I workout with a treadmill, bikes, weights, etc. What kind of exercises can I do in my hotel room that would amount to what I usually do at the gym?

I just came back froma 4 day business trip and had the same problem. Luckily though the hotel I stayed at had the basic cardio equipment, but no weights. I was dreading it because I could not lift heavy and as always, when I go on a trip where the company is buying, I tend to indulge too much.
I was pleasantly surprised that I actually lost .4 lbs in the days I was gone, eveb after eating a lot.
The only thing I did was a light walk/slow jog on the treadmill each morning and some pushups and situps in the hotel room. I went to the gym tonight and felt great because my body was actully well rested.
If there is no gym, you could jog/walk outside and do pushups/situps in your room. Sometimes before vacation I will do a full body workout the day before I leave. This helps to add muscle when eating more on vacation.

You could also bring along some resistance or rubber tubings. They're cheap, take up minimal space in your luggage, and they're extremely versatile -- eg. you can do many cable-type exercises and tension is adjustable.
