i wear panty liners all the time. I wouldn't wear a pad all the time though.

I don't wear the same panty liner or pad all day long. I change often, the panty liner I change 5 or 6 times a day. It also depends on what your doing too, if your sitting behind a desk all day maybe a little less, but if your working out or something like that maybe more.

If you're worried about any health risks associated with it like there are with wearing tampons for long periods of time, there aren't any. The risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome is only associated with tampons. The worse that can happen with a pad is that it might start to not smell very nice after a while if it's got blood in it...
