Hello, I just had a quick question regarding abs. I would like to get a six-pack but it's hard for me to get the individual "cuts" along the abs to make the six-pack. I have visible abs, but it's more like one longer ab on each side. Does that even make sense??? I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how get the cuts that run across the abs to make up the "six pack" look? I have been doing ab workouts 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week, for the better part of a year now, I do all different stuff up at my local gym including machines and weighted crunches, etc. Do you think if I lost a little fat that would do it? I'm 6'1" 185 and I don't have much fat, maybe 12 percent if I had to guess, and I have a flat stomach, just not the "six pack" I want. I know that diet and cardio are the most important things, and I eat relatively healthy and do HIIT cardio 3 days a week. Is there something in particular I need to do make the cuts more visible so it forms a six pack and not just one long ab on each side?
