I have a question. I am 20 years old and as far as I remember my nipples have been "lumpy" They aren't like a normal one should be, they look like they have balls of flesh put together to form a nipple. I'm worried that something made it so the skin grew funny and that I have no holes where milk would come out if breast feeding. I am worried because I'm getting married and plan to have children in the near future and wonder if there would be problems if there is no hole and I become pregnant and there is no way for the milk to escape.

With nipples there is not one hole, but many holes that milk comes out of. I have breastfed three babys, so trust me on this ;)

Listen to Coppertop, your nipples have many holes...think of a baby bottle, they are not just one hole at the end, but a few (at least they used to be) ;) But motherhood will bring on all those natural happenings that becoming a mom endures. Believe me, if you breastfeed, you will have times when you can't get home to baby soon enough to feed because it will leak out...especially if you even hear the slight wail of someone body elses' baby cry. Mother nature at work. Don't worry about it and good luck!
