I'm 17 years old and I have a question about running. About a year ago, when I first started doing aerobic exercise, I would run for 6 mins, walk fourteen, then eventually run for ten, walk for ten, then run for fifteen, walk for 5, and I worked my way up to running 35 mins a day, 4 miles. I've been doing four miles for about two weeks now,and all of a sudden, I'm alot hungrier. Why did it take two weeks for me to get hungrier? And is it okay to eat more? If so, how much?
Thanks anyone who can help!

It could be for a lot of reasons. Possibly that with the extra calories burned with longer sessions of running, your body just needs more input. If you are really hungry, eat a little something, but without knowing your current diet, your stats or ultimately your goals, it's impossible to say "how much." But one way to prevent hunger pangs and especially binge eating as a result of hunger, setting up your diet so that you are eating your daily caloric needs in 5 or 6 smaller meals throughout the day (eating every 2 or 3 hours) will help tremendously.
