Hi everyone. I am a skinny person overall. However, I have a problem with lovehandles. :rolleyes: I exercise every morning before work with Denise Austin on Lifetime TV. It's not real vigorous, but surely it helps. As far as my eating, I will do good for a week then bad the next, and on & on. I am cautious of what I eat, as far as fat grams, but.............I do love to eat! :) Boating season, swimsuit season, vacation, etc. are all coming up in 2 months. Does anyone have some hints or ideas on how to get rid of this fat on my waist? Thank you.

You have to keep your diet in check to get rid of the lovehandles. We all love a good cheat meal here and there, but you need to be consistant week in, week out with 5-7 balanced meals throughout the day that when totaled up, are less than what you are burning off.
