hey sspicy, saw your post on the throat closed up thread, thanks, I feel like I have a comrade in arms. :)

I know you want to talk to people who have been on Lipovarin for awhile, but I don't believe there are any. I think it's a relatively new thing. I will tell you my experience.

I finally got my pills on Friday so I started on Saturday. 20 minutes after my first dose of lipovarin I was jittery for about 5 minutes, but I also hadn't eaten and was having my first cigarette in like 18 hours. That was probably more the reason for the jitteriness as I haven't had any since. This morning I got on the scale just to see if there was a difference after 2 days. I didn't expect there to be one, but I lost a pound.

I'm not as hungry, I have more energy, I'm in a better mood for more of the day. I think it's great. Now it is true that I'm going to take it and then get off of it ASAP due to any fears of side effects way down the road, but I think that's just common sense. Also, once I'm off I'm not going to go back on for alteast 5 to 10 years if I need to. I think people going on and off of stuff all the time and changing products all the time is a source of a lot of these side effects. I'm trying to be smart about it. I know diet pills is not the best way to go, but when you've tried the "right way" for years and it doesn't work, something's got to give.

That's my experience so far. I know it hasn't been a long time like you wanted to hear about, but I thought I'd share anyway.

DWD hi  and thanks for your reply. i really do appreciate it. i have a few questions for you though. did you take the recommended does ? 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon? i heard to start out slow take one in the morning and one in the afternnon and then week tow move up to 2 pills in the morning and 2 in the afternnon and week three, three pills in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. so far i have heard more good things about lipovarin than bad, but yes i agree its a new pill and much to early to know what the worst side effects maybe. i would only use them for a while like you and get off of them as well. how much weight are you needing to loose? i heard a few people say they had jitteryness but they also took the recommended dose right away i am not sure if you did also let me know.
are you takeing in less calories and drinkinging lots of water? hope to hear back from you thanks sspicey

I started out with 2 per dose and like I said I think the jitteriness was more from no food and nicotine. Plus, I think a big thing is that I expected to be jittery, so I was. The mind is very powerful. I have 60lbs to lose. I'm getting married Oct 1, 2005 and want to be at my goal 6 months before that for dress fittings and stuff. I'm also on the Carb Blocker and the Fat Absorbtion Formula, those I started out with the recommended dose from the start. I've taken that kind of thing before and knew I'd be fine with it. It was just the Lipovarin that I had any concern about.
I'm drinking A LOT of water. I kind of can't help it. With the other two supplements before each meal and the lipovarin twice a day, that right there is 40ozs. Plus I only drink water during the day. I'm probably up near 80 - 100ozs of water a day. I couldn't help but decrease my calorie intake because I'm not as hungry. The exercise I do is minimal. 3 or 4 times a week I walk to my mailbox and get the mail. (The other days I stop on my way in the driveway from work). My driveway is a quarter mile with a steady incline on the way to the box, so it's a half mile total.
I have more energy and I'm in a better mood. The one thing I have done is cut out caffeine from other foods and drinks during the day. Lipovarin has a lot, so I've gotten rid of it elsewhere in my diet.

DWD, thanks for the quick reply. yes if i decide to try lipovarin i know its a good idea to get the carb and fat absorbation. very smart idea. i use to take something similar to them and they work they sure dont make you put on any weight :) i am still undecided on lipovarin. i am just a bit nervous .
i am takeing in less calories though. i have been on the 1,200 calorie diet and lost some weight. i need sixty five more to go. i am hoeping to have i off by december, i am in no hurry as i would like to get the weight off and keep it off this time. do you recommend lipovarin? its just so hard to decide being it is a new pill. do you drink only water ? or soda pop as well? i know there are sodas with out caffeine. any how i do wish us all luck on our weight loss keep me posted on how you do i will be glad to read your story and posts.
thank you

Hey sspicy.
If you could wait until Saturday for me to tell you whether I would definitely recommend it or not, that would be great. That would be a full week that I'd be on it. I'll have a better idea of what I've lost and how I feel and would feel more confident at that time to recommend it. Right now it's a resounding YES!!! but it's only been 2 and a half days. Give me til Saturday and sometime during the day I'll get on to let you know how the first week turned out. We can continue to discuss what's happening til then, but I will know for sure how I feel about it at that point.
The only time of day I drink anything other than water is at dinner. Often I even drink water then as well. This morning I had some orange juice with breakfast. When I get a craving for soda, I will have a glass of caffeine free diet soda but that's rare, which is odd considering I LOVE soda. I am going to start on a multivitamin next week (that way if I don't feel well I'll know it's the vitamin and not the Lipvarin) to make up for the juices and stuff I'm not drinking. I just feel better drinking water.
I'm very excited about the Lipovarin so far. I'll let you know on Saturday if I'm still totally crazy about it.

DWD, HI AGAIN. IT WAS GREAT HEARING BACK FROM YOU. I SURE CAN WAIT TILL SATURDAY TO SEE OF YOU WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AS I AM IN NO JURRY TO TRY IT . I AM TRYING TO READ ALL I CAN AND STUDY AS MUCH AS I CAN BEFORE TAKEING ANY DIET PILL. I USE TO DRINK ALOT I MEAN ALOT OF DIET POP WITH CAFFEINE . I NOW DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND STILL HAVE ONE POP A DAY I AM TRYING TO GET MYSELF DOWN TO ONE POP A WEEK AND SINCE LIPOVARIN DOES HAVE CAFFEINE I WOULD THEN ONLY DRINK CAFFEINE FREE POP. BUT THAT WAS A HUGE CANGE FOR ME I MEAN HUGE, I WAS JUST A POPAHOLIC. LOL ANYHOW YES DROP ME A REPLY BACK SATURDAY. ALSO HOW OFTEN DO YOU WEIGH IN? I AM SO EXCITED I CANT WAIT TO GET THE REST OF MY WEIGHT OFF. I AM SO ENCOURAGED BY ALL THE GOOD STORIES ON LIPOVARIN. I DID READ SNOWBUNNIES STORY SO I AM WELL AWARE OF THE EFFECTS ON SOME PEOPLE I THINK IT WAS MORE OF AN ALLERGIC REACTION FOR HER FROM WHAT I READ. BUT I AM NOT GONNA LET THAT STORY STOP ME CAUSE I KNOW IT COULD WOREEK FOR ONE PERSON AND MAYBE NOT THE NEXT BUT SEEMS LIKE IT IS WORKING FOR MORE PEOPLE THAN IT ISNT., THANKS AND LOOK FORWARD TO SATURDAYS REPLY :) GOOD LUCK

Sad to say, I'm a weigh-in-aholic. I do it all the time. I shouldn't, but I do. But when it comes down to weight loss, I do take that 1 week at a time. I won't base my actual weight loss on any number except on Saturday mornings. I'm just intrigued with the whole weight fluxuation thing, so I weigh myself a lot.
I used to LOVE soda, too. For a long time I would not drink diet. Even before I decided to lose weight, I made the switch from regular to diet and lost 7lbs in like two weeks. That's the only change I made. That's just tells you how much I drank. :)
Well, it's time to go home from work. Have a good one!

Hi sspicey.

I don't know where the other string went but I wanted to check in. In 2 weeks I lost 4 lbs. Would of lost more but I gained 1 back (by no fault of the lipovarin.) It's not the 6-8lbs a week they say you can lose but it's still more than I was loosing before so I'm pleased at this rate I will be to my goal in 6 - 7 months. I'm going to kick in exercise starting now tho so hopefull that will cut that time down tremendously. Like I said I am please with the results so far.

Hey everyone  ! I've been reading the lipovarin threads and finally joined the boards. I thought I posted something last week when I joined but it looks like that thread was discontinued? Oh well. Anyway, I started Lipovarin last week. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. No side effects at all. I'm drinking a TON of water. I don't think I lost any weight though but I've skipped a few days of taking the pills and also went home for Easter where I ate allll day long. I'm going to stick with it this week. Hopefully I'll lose something! I'll let ya know.

I have read all the posts that everyone has written from the first 26 pages & these past 5. I hope all of you are having some luck with your struggles in your quest to be thinner. I myself was struggling with a different type of weight loss up until 4 years ago. I suffered from anorexia from the time I was 8 years old until I was 28. I am now 33 & feel better than ever. It's so hard to keep up with all the products that come on the market that "promise" to help make you thin. That's great, but what KEEPS you thin? You can't stay on these products forever, or can you? I love going to the gym. I enjoy being physically active & work out 6 days a week. I run 35 miles a week & weight train 5 days. I have a schedule though that allows me such time. I am in a committed relationship with no children. I know this will change when I get married & decide to start a family & I wonder, "what then"? I look great in my clothes NOW, & yet I always feel like I can do more. This is an unrealistic expectation on my part ( most likely because even though my eating disorder is under control, I will ALWAYS live with it).
My heart goes out to you all & hope you find a happy medium to which you will all be able to live by.

SSpicey....I've been taking Lipovarin for about a week. The recommended dosage is 3 caps. in the morning and 3 caps. mid-afternoon. I started out taking only 1 in the am. and 1 in the afternoon...only because I've always been very cautious when taking anything. Didn't notice any side effects...didn't really expect to with such a low dose. Next day, I took two in the morning and two mid-afternoon....I noticed being slightly jittery after the first dose but that went away and I didn't notice it in the afternoon... and I drink a lot of caffeine, 2 cups of coffee in the morning and diet Coke in the afternoon. I was not hungry AT ALL! I have been jogging every night and have been eating low-carb...I've lost 1 1/2 lbs. I will probably continue taking only 4 per day instead of the recommended 6 as this amount is working well for me. So far, I would definitely recommend this to anyone as it is working well for me and I'm pretty sensitive to over-the-counter supplements. Good luck to you...please let me know if you decide to begin taking them and tell me how you are doing..... ;)

HI  WOW SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE DOING GREAT ON THEM. DID YOU DIET AND EXCERCISE AS WELL? I AM STILL TRYING TO READ REVEIWS ON IT SO I AM VERY UN DECIDED I READ 2 BAD ONES SO FAR AND THE REST WERE FINE.
BUT I AM TRYING TO CHOOSE AND SOON HERE HAVE YOU TRIED PROPOLENE? I AM DECIDEDING WEATHER TO TRY LIPVVARIN OR PROPOLENE.
I KNOW A CLOSE REALITIVE ON LIOPVARIN BUT AFTER 3 WEEKS SEEMS LIKE IT STOPPED WORKING FOR HIM. SO ITS SO HARD TO DECIDED WHAT TO GO WITH. KEEP ME POSTED ON HOW YOU ARE DOING AS I AM READING AS MUCH AS I CAN ON BOTH..

Hi--I'm also new to the board and have been reading posts regarding Lipovarin. Most of my life, I have been the one you all would love to kill. Could eat anything and not gain weight. Now at 46 I am 30 pounds overweight and it keeps climbing. Went to Docs and say I am ok as far as tests go. What I would like to know is about the jitters with this product. I am very sensitive to any type of stimulant and am concerned I may spend a ton of money (to me) for this product and not be able to take it do to the stimulation. I am a bit desperate and have been buying products for the last year that have NOT worked. Please tell me if anyone else is stimulant sensitive and you have taken this product. Thank you for already having done the work for me. Sinthea

3rd week on Lipovarin is over. I stayed the same this week, but my time of the month is upon me. Normally, I can two or 3 lbs during that time. The fact that I stayed the same is to me a huge triumph!! I don't know if I'm going to keep on it or not when I run out. It's kind of expensive and I just don't have the $$ for it right now. We'll see.

Sinthea....I've been using Lipovarin for about two weeks...I am usually very sensitive to any type of stimulant/herbal product, but have tolerated this quite well. I do only take two capsules twice a day instead of three caps. twice a day. I will continue this dosage.I feel so much better...it has helped me control my appetite and have the energy to go jogging. I am quite pleased with it....

I've been on lipovarin for a month and a half now...... I wasn't going into it looking for rapid results or anything.. that's why i'm not surprised or disapointed....

but i will definitely say that I am feeling the difference!! this is such a godsend to me cause up until a couple months ago.. i felt like i was just "Busting out" uncontrollable, and didn't know how to stop... but since i've taken it, I first of all haven't gained! and am now experiencing some weightloss... so i encourage you to keep striving..

and to those who question the amount of dough you have to put out for this product... first of all, 4 tablets a day is good enough, so there are somesavings there.... and think about the amount of food that you eat less as well....

basically i think it's worth it!

i'm so glad i found this site! it seems everyone is in about the same boat that i am...i havent received lipovarin yet, but i anxiously await it! it must be pretty new, cause it doesnt seem as if anyone has been on it for a long period of time. i will definately post any results, good or bad, to help people looking for info on this...this method seems much more "genuine" than reading a bunch of articles from google.
i am 32, have about 15 pounds to lose. im not really overweight (about 130-5), just want to get to that point where i feel very healthy. i work out about 4 times a week and am active at my job. but i am also lazy, and i love to eat and go out. i hope this gives me that extra edge....i think my biggest concern will be cutting down on the coffee, because i dont want to mix the two, but i am sure my body will tell me!
good luck to everyone!

Hi,
I have been using it for 32 days and have noticed a energy burst but no weight loss. I am talking 3 pills twice a day and following the instructions to the tee. I discussed this with my doctor and she said I could take anything I want but because I am hypothroid my body is fighting againt everything I do. I wish you better luck. I have a consulation for gastric bypass coming up...but this should only be used a last resort. Again good luck.

I am so glad someone is still here! For those who asked, no I have not ordered it yet but think I will today. I am 46 5'9" ind now 170 lbs. I need to lose some weight as I am "BUSTING OUT!". It is my appetite. I can say all day long I am going to lose weight, but let me get hungry and I eat whatever I want. When phen/fen was legal, it worked wonders as it allowed me to decide what it was that I would eat. Now I just say, oh well and eat whatever. I am looking forward to the appetite suppresant and choice to decide what I put into my body. I think that is the key for me, saying no to bad foods. Once I have that under control, it's a piece of cake! lol. Cynthia

Hi Everyone... I have been using lipovarin for about 2 weeks. I have had no bad side effects. The good is I am not hungry at all and eat very little. It is definetly an appetite suppressant. Yet I really haven't lost any weight. Maybe 2 lbs. I sometimes get a burst of energy and want to do more but not like I have read other people feel. Anyways, maybe it is not for me?? Everyone is different. I don't know if I would recommend it but you do get your money back if you aren't happy. I will continue with it maybe I need more time. let me know what you all decide. Good luck.

Hi Everyone;

If I may post my 3 cents worth (inflation). When I was taking Phen/fen which worked wonders, it still took about a month for me to BEGIN to see results. Then it melted away. My doctor explained to me that the reason it takes abou tthat long to start to see results is because it takes about 28 days for our brains to finally adjust to the change. In the first month, our brains and body are actually fighting the change so that is why so many people who go off the "diet" gain so quickly. Once we start to change our eating habits, our body goes into a starvation mode, trying to put on the pounds until it finally gets the message, then our metabolism switches. Just a little hope out there for those/us who may be discouraged that first month. Cynthia

Thank alot!!

yeah, since they aren't regulated so much by the FDA, they don't have to disclose much, or anything at all... they do claim to have all natural, stimulant free ingredients though.

I have been on Lipovarin for about 2 weeks with absolutely no results. Started with 1 pill 2x day, no side effects, but was also still very hungry. Went up to 2 pills 2x day, no side effects, but also no change in appetite. In fact I think I gained a few pounds. Don't feel the need to drink water like everyone else does. The advertisement said they contained something that would curb your cravings, but obviously they don't work for me. Just a waste of money. Hope others have better luck with them. I wouldn't buy them again.

I posted a while ago with positive comments, but never lost weight. I felt great and had tons of energy. I watched what I ate and exercised, following Weight Watchers points with the occassional Mt. Dew (down from three a day to two a week) and still did not lose weight. It was definately not worth the money, so I went to my doctor and he put me on Fastin. So far, so good.

you all seem very excited on day one and two, even week one. results are from a long period of time. who ever said the thing about our bodies take 28 days to adjust is totally correct. diet pills shouldnt be evaluated until a month because what goes on in the first few weeks dont happen the same in the next two. i know how well it is to feel good with the right hormone/chemical ballance that this pill seems to give! right on there! but when numbers and pant sizes dont drop dramatically in the first few weeks, then a wonder pill i dont see it as. i took leptoprin, and i had awful side affects, but i lost 10 lbs in the first 2 weeks, and then when i threw exercize in there, i was loosing about .5 lbs a day! that is results. but cost and the sick feeling of wanting to puke istn worth it. i dont think this is the pill for me. my search continues, good luck to you all ;)

For 2 days, this is my third, I have been taking Lipovarin accompanied with a carb blocler and fat blocker from Sterlong Laboratories and I have already lost 5 pounds. I dont get those crazy carb cravings, but I eat what I want. Im not dieting, or excercising. I feel this medication is working and for anyonr who wants to try it, go for it. I have had NO sideaffects at all either

Good Luck!!!

The main ingredient in Lipovarin (20 mg. *****romine) is the caffeine-like methylxanthine alkaloid found abundantly in tea. That's the active ingredient (with some DHEA thown in for good measure...plus some extra tea.)...

hmm, that's T H E O B R O M I N E.

Depending in the cost of the lipovarin probably 4 or 5 cups of strong tea might give you the same bang (for probaly less bucks.) You can also get plenty from cocoa....but that doesn't sound too wise on a diet :D.

HI,
I just ordered my 1st bottle of Lipovarin. I ordered it off of [ website removed ] for around $50. I have tried the fat flush plan and it does work. But very restricted. I lost 7 pounds the first 10 days. I am sure most of that was water, but hey, it feels good to say anyway. I have 4 kids and work full time. I found myself getting bogged down in what to eat, when to eat, how much, etc... I don't have the brain power for that by the end of the day. I would get home from work and be starving. So I would eat whatever. I am hoping that the Lipovarin will just help me eat less. I don't care about getting extra energy. From what I have read, I think I will start with 2 pills per day and see how it goes.

I have a question for those that are using Lipovarin now or in the past. Does it control your desire to eat? I am not talking about hunger, but the desire to constantly eat. That is my problem. I do not eat because I am hungry. I eat just to eat. I am also a stress/boredom eater. I have three children, two with a disability, so I am always stressed. I have been reading all of the posts and am interested in trying this. Any thoughts?

Hey euphrosyne  and hi to everybody here,

I too ordered Lipovarin this morning and I too should have it by saturday may 15th. I am 5'4 tall and weigh 145 pounds and I plan to lose atleast 25 to 30 pounds. I am a little nervous about the pill's side effects as I read through this message board about people feeling dizzy and having stomach upset, although I hope that it works for me without any problems. Let me see in a week or two how I feel using this product. How are you planning to start this diet euphrosyne? Are you going to also exercise? Maybe I will start with taking 1 pill half hour before breakfast and 1pill half hour with lots of water before lunch to have my body get adjusted to it and if I feel better then I might increase the dosage to 4 pills a day. Also I will try to eat small portions of snacks (like a fruit or 2 boiled egg whites or a small portion of yoghurt) in every 2 hrs between the breakfast , lunch and dinner, that way I won't be hungry and eat a huge meal. I plan to do brisk walking for an hour twice every day. Let me know what do you think about my diet-plan and also how do you feel after using this product. Good Luck to you euphrosyne and to anyone using Lipovarin !

Thanks for replying. I thought you were ordering Lipovarin. So you have been taking Trimspa for a week and a half, so you mean you are gonna try both Trimspa and Lipovarin at the same time?...is it safe to mix the two? How are you feeling taking Trimspa? Have you felt any dizzyness or felt any wierd feeling so far? Did you lose any weight in a week and half ? I wanna know if these diet pills really help losing weight as they claim to in the advertizements...yeah it sucks to be 145 pounds, it would be gr8 to be 35 pounds lighter aww!! hope this pill works!! Let me know when u start using Lipovarin. And enjoy your trip to Boston! Stay in touch!

i think ur supposed to take the carb/fat blocker with the lipovarin but i dididn't buy it. yeah, missy2004, i ordered lipovarin and they were supposed to be here in 3 days but sumthing got messed up with the ups transactions so they wont be here until the 17th. have you started taking the pills yet?btw missy, how old are you?
anywyays, has anybody seen any results on lipovarin yet?? and side effects? i'm not gonna take trimspa and lipovarin together..that would probably kill me. the thing is, trim spa really does decrease ur appetite...but i have a problem with food. like, i eat just to eat..not really cuz i'm hungry. but i'm def. gonna work on that once i start lipovarin. i suppose its hard as a college student to not be tempted with late nite pizza esp. during finals week! hahaha, not to mention going to dinner with certain *interests* will also put on the pounds. anywyas, keep in touch.

Ok guys...so I chickened out on the Lipovarin....only because I did not feel comfortable ordering online. So I went a different route. I bought the Trimspa, and the Trimspa fat and carb blocker. Tomorrow will be my first day. Now I've read a lot and it says that for maximum results (for some people) that it has to be taken continously for 60 days. Well we'll see. I really hope it works. I will also try to walk for 30 minutes 3 times a week. So lets see if I can get some weight lost. I weigh 140 and i'm 5'4". My ideal 125...well I don't even care I weight 140 as long as I had a flat stomach. Wish me luck guys and I hope I didn't waste the money.

so i finally got my lipovarin pills and i've taken my 2nd dose of the day. i haven't been hungry at all. i ahvent' had a single bite to eat. the pills make you feel so full. usually, when i go out with friends for lunch, i'llg et something to eat even though i'm not hungry. today, i was so full i didn't want to eat ANYTHING. this really helps ppl that eat just to eat. i doubt i'm gonna be hungry at all the next couple of days so i'm gonna be shedding the pounds. thing is, i should probably drink juice or sumthing to keep my body going...cuz even though i'm full, i need to have some food.
i went of trim spa cuz that doesn't work.

Frisco 1,
Well I tried to start a board for trimspa because I was really going to go with Lipovarin but I never have ordered online so I felt weird about it. But its my 3rd day on trimspa...today for about 30 minutes i felt nauseated and I'm not really sure if it is from the pills. But so far 3 lbs lost. But I walked once and I'm going to today with some weight lifting and I cut out all sodas and sugars out completely. But I'm still eating what I normally do and I take the fat and carb blocker too. I'm going to try it for about a month and if I am pleased I will continue. The pills are pretty expensive so....it took Anna Nicole Smith 6 mths so I'm thinking maybe 3 months to loose the weight i want to. Let me know if you try it out.

Hi Euphrosyne,

I am 24 yrs old. I started taking Lipovarin from yesterday. Yesterday I took 2 before breakfast to check if my body is adjusting to it without any wierd feeling. And guess what I felt fine so I am taking 3 twice a day as recommended dosage. I too didn't feel hungry at all, all day yesterday. And today is my second day and I haven't felt hungry. So I am eating less than usual thats amazing so far. Yeah as a college student I too used to eat Pizzas during late night class last yr which led me to put on 160 pounds !!!! So I decided enough is enough and stopped eating junk food and started doing brisk walking daily while eating small frequent meals. So I shed 15 pounds, coming down from 160 pounds to my usual weight 145 pounds in 3 months. But I want to lose 35 pounds more and quicker, so I am using Lipovarin, and checking to see if it works. Once I reach my ideal weight (110 pounds) I will stop taking the pill and maintain the weight by brisk walking and having small frequent meals like I usually do. Will weigh myself in a week and see if I lost any pounds. Will keep u posted. Ciao!

Hey guys- So glad i found a board where other people are starting lipovarin around the same time as me! Im 21 years old- 135 pounds and 5 foot 4 so i am looking to loose like 20 pounds. i started lipovarin yesterday and i have to say... the appetite suppression is very effective! I have not really been hungry at all, and for a while i was getting night cravings for sweets, particularly ben and jerrys (the devils favorite food!)sooo badly! I would practically feen for ice cream and carbs! but right now its 12 mid night and i have been able to control my eating all day. I dont even want ice cream ! If it was last night on the other hand, i would have to lock my self in my room to keep myself from downing the whole carton! I also jog 2-3 miles about 6 days a week. Ill keep you all up to date with my weight loss and ill let you know how the lipovarin works! Good luck everyone!!

Londongal-- Yea, i took 2 pills last night to kinda get a jump start on them before i officially started today and i fell asleep at 11- i usually stay up till 1:30-2! It was the strangest thing, it felt like i was out in the sun all day or something. My body got really warm and i just had to go to sleep. It was a really deep sleep too. I just passed out! It was very weird but i thought it was just me! I cant beleive you experienced that too. How could that be ? Im concerned, keep me posted on your progress and ill do the same.

hi
i found it to be the cheapest on ebay. i found one seller who has a buy it now at 44.95 ongoing auction. it's for 90 pills, and that is about as cheap as i could find it...and i looked alot! including their(lipovarin) own site; and tying to snipe some auctions! which i'm usually pretty good at... but this stuff is "smokin' hot" . Also, you gotta watch the s/h charges...some sellers charge a rediculous $10 or $11 bucks for shipping!
lipovarin is expensive, but there is a website that list it among the top 5 best herbal diet pills. So, I am giving it a try! I gained 25-30 pounds when i quit smoking, and it's been a battle since...
i'd never go back to smoking, tho, after a cold turkey quit of a 2 to 2 1/12 pack a day habit! that was 8 years ago and i thought they were expensive then...hah! i'd rather drive my new car with the $ i save on cigs. but i do want my cake and eat it too...i wanna be skinny again!
ps:the ingredient in lipovarin that makes it diff from the junk aka trimspa, leptoprin, ephreda free hydrocut etc. and the dizzing amount of other ephedra-free herbals out there, is the alpha lipoic acid. but be careful...i read it is very similar to ephreda...hence the same results as the old stacker 2 and others like it.

Hi Everyone,

I have been reading these threads for about two months now but have never posted. I purchased my lipovarin about that long ago and found this board doing searches of my own to get info on this new product. Well the first month I used the pills they gave me lots of energy but no results. I also was not following a diet plan so my weight stayed the same. About 3 weeks ago I decided to start my diet with the pills and I have lost 12.5 pounds. I have not been exercising just my usual walking of 1 mile a day. The pills are not miracle pills but I think they help with the energy and appetite suppressant that a lot of us are looking for. As with anything you buy you will have to follow a well balanced eating plan to see results. Anna Nicole didn't lose all that weight without help. She has personal trainers and cooks. We should all be so lucky! LOL
Needless to say I will be reordering when my supply runs low. I like the extra burst of energy I get from the pills. I hope this review helps with some of your questions.
P.S. I take 2 pills at 8:30 am, 2 more at 12 noon and 2 more at 4 pm

Hi, I just registered on Wednesday, I decided to buy the Lipovarin after reading about all the good/bad news about it. I just started it today and I took 2 this morning. I didn't have the jitters people were talking about and I feel pretty good. I did notice that I wasn't hungry so that part is true. I am going to a workout center 3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time. Plus I'm drinking at least 2-3 glasses a water a day. I will try and keep everyone posted on my results, hopefully there will be some good things to post. :)

I took Lipovarin for about 3 days. Made me feel bad. I was jittery and ate to try to get rid of the strange feeling. I felt as if my heart was beating faster and it didn't really give me any extra energy. I quit taking it. Now am just doing good ol' will power, exercise, and watching what I eat. I feel leary of buying drugs off the net that are not ok'ed by my doctor now.

Hi,
I just started Lipovarin. I should have read these posts first! I took 3 capsules in the morning and 3 in the afternoon for 3 days. VERY JITTERY! Plus a headache.....I did notice that I could care less about food, and have noticed that I need water constantly. I don't weigh until Monday and so don't know if I have lost anything. Starting tomorrow I am going to take one in the morning and one in the afternoon and see if there is a difference in how I feel.

Keep you posted,

Current weight: 142
Goal weight: 127

Hi, I started Lipovarin last Friday and I only took 3 in the morning everyday since then. On Wednesday I took 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon, I haven't felt jittery at all and I didn't need water constantly. I think I've lost at least 2-3 pounds. But I did notice the "not hungry" thing. I would take it in the morning and wouldn't be hungry until 5 hours later, and by then I would feel queasy, just like you do when you don't eat anything for hours. :) I don't know for sure if this pill is working. But I do recommend eating breakfast after taking the pills, don't let the not hungry thing stop you. It takes food to make your metabilism faster. Just in smaller amounts. Keep you posted.

Hello all. I am in the process of debating on whether or not to try lipovarin. when i bought Trimspa, i should have researched a bit more....I've taken trimspa, but it has not helped me lose any weight. It does, however, help with my daily movements, if you know what i mean. I am going to snipe some lipovarin from the ebay auctions, just to try it out. I am 21 years old, and weigh between 170-175 (fluxuates a lot). My height is only a mere 5'3", and i used to weigh 125 lbs. (when i was 18). My weight gain is from the birth control shot, and just living out on my own. I hope this works for me. If not, it was worth the try. I'll keep you all posted. :)

Well i have been on lipovarin for 3 days now (GO ME!!!) The only thing i can say is that i have noticed that i've experienced a lot of heartburn lately. (Probably the food). If anyone has experienced any of the heartburn, please, do tell!!!! :p
I have been drinking a lot of water, but that is the regime that my thought processes have been going through. I've noticed a bit of a appetite supressor, but not a very big one-in other words, i'm still hungry...BUT...i've been starting to eating healthy(er).
