A man I know preferes to wear jumpsuits that zip in the back. For many years he refused clothing, but now tolerates this. We need to introduce him to clothing that is more everyday normal. Has anyone experienced a similar situation or have any helpful hints? (If this is a repeat post, I don't see the one I attempted to post yesterday.) Thanks!

Boy this could be a tough one because I wouldn't think there are too many jumpsuits available (or even sewing patterns) available in mens styles. Is it comforting for him to have tight fitting clothing? Are there preferences in the type of fabric like soft cotton or heavier fabric like denim? Some people are sensitive to scratchy fabrics. Maybe he doesn't like the feel of shirts tucked in? If he's not opposed, what about a pair of loose or tight slacks that have a draw string waist and maybe a shirt that can be altered to have a zipper up the back, maybe velcro?

I wonder why he went from the extreme of wanting nothing on his body to a jumpsuit?
Maybe there is someone out there who can recommend a company (discretely of course so as not to violate the Boards policy http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif ) or perhaps someone who sews who can recommend a pattern or two that might work.
