Has anyone noticed this? absolutely. If I have a glass of wine, I can pretty much count on a hot flash soon thereafter. Needless to say, I've cut way back on my wine consumption  :p
I've noticed that though I am taking peri-zapper supplements and using progesterone cream for my menopausal symptoms, alcohol trumps everything.

hot tea anyone? :jester:

best wishes,

Me too - - thanks for posting this question, I've never heard anyone else mention this before! Red wine does it for me the fastest, but white also. In just a few minutes I'm hot-flashin' for sure! Not very pleasant at a fancy dinner. I've learned not to dress too warmly if we're eating a dinner with wine somewhere. I have recently gone back on HRT, so am hoping that the wine flashes AND the night flashes are going to be going away again! During the 3 years I took HRT I did not have them.
Cheers!
