Hi
I have heard that the virus recurs most often during the first 2 years after infection.
So would the risk of transmission to your partner decrease greatly as u harbour the virus for a longer period???

They say that over time Herpes occurs less and less and also that assymptomatic shedding decreases. This, of course, will be different for everybody becuase everone's body controls with virus in different ways and with different degrees of efficiency.
The longer you have it, though, the better you get to know your symptoms of an impending OB, or when you may be assymptomatically shedding. This is of utmost importance in protecting our partners.
