I am feeling really sick with lamactil even though I'm only taking 25 mg at night for four nights now. I still have to titrate upwards. Is this something that will improve with time, or am I headed towards a dead-end?

I don't know, but I take the 25mgs of Lamictal at night and it doesn't make me sick, but I have heard of others who get rashes from it. Check to make sure it is not driving down your blood sugar during the night. That will happen on a lot of these types of medications and you will need to snack a little before going to sleep. I am assuming that by feeling sick that you mean nauseated.

Nausea & vomiting are common adverse reactions to Lamictal. I doubt that titrating up will be advisable in your case. Once on Lamictal for awhile, abrupt cessation is not advised, so maybe now is the time to quit. Always check with your physician first.
