Do any of you with IBS have fatigue during your episodes? I have been getting recurring periods of diahrrea, nausea (no vomiting), and exhaustion since December. It can't be a virus over and over again. The exhaustion is hard as I run a home daycare and have a 6 yr old and 2 yr old of my own. I have a dr appointment on Tuesday. I seem to have a lot of the IBS symptoms, but what about the fatigue? I've been going to bed early and by 10 am I'm exhausted and need to rest on the couch for a while. I also try to get in a short nap in the afternoon when the children are napping.
