I have GH & i was wondering if anyone knew about any ways to speed up the healing process of our OB's. I know & understand that everyone is different when it comes to OB's. But i am so desperate to get rid of my OB that i'll try anything!! I've had this OB for a pretty long time and nothing seems to work quick enough to get rid of it. Please help!!

Hey,
Several things I've used has seemed to help speed up healing but it may not work the same for you. Aloe Vera gel seemed to help, olive leaf extract pills, DMSO, peroxide on the sores also seemed to help. But the thing that worked for me (healed me up fast) after a year of continuous OBs and trying everything under the sun that is natural, was Valtrex. I resisted getting it for a year because I really believed that my body would overcome this without it but it didn't. So, I finally broke down and got my prescription filled and my sores started healing instantly (or so it seemed). So, good luck with you search.

From what i can tell and have heard your first out break, assuming this is your first, is going to be long and the worst. Im on my first out break too and its FINALLY healing up after like 5 weeks or so, something like that. I think after that you'll be able to find items that will be more effective in helping the healing process. Vitamin C and E should help boost your immune system as well as lysine to help prevent outbreaks. In theory it should help you to get over them quicker also. I just got my prescription filled for Valtrex and i have to wait til my next out break before im able to try that out, but from what i hear it does work VERY well if you have insurance or can afford it, id pursue that option...Good Luck...
