hello. i have suprascapular neuropathy in my right shoulder. Its a very very minor case. My nerve isnt even pinched, only irritated. My question is, will my shoulder return to normal? because i want to be able to powerlift and i dont want a first-time injury to set me back forever

A few weeks ago I was hit in the top of my head by a large picture that had fallen from the wall. When it hit me, I had a really hot sensation that ran down the back of my neck, then later that day it felt like I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder. Now I have tingling in my arm from my elbow down to my fingers when ever I extend it or sit at work and use the computer. I'm not sure, but does anyone know if I would take a muscle relaxer, would that help it? Thanks for any advice.

what exactly are your symptoms do you have swelling in the area just above the elbow and does the pain go down the arm as far as the forearm

Hi. Well, my symptoms are just a tingling from my elbow down to my fingertips when I've had my arm extended, like using the mouse on the computer, for instances. My arm doesn't seem swollen at all. I had a round of physical therapy last week, and she said the back of my neck was somewhat swollen. any ideas??
