I was reading some of your posts and was very curious how did you manage to get H where you did and your outbraks only appear at that spot ? I've never heard of anyone only getting it there and not everywhere else, just curious that's all.

I know this is all supposed to be anonymous as well, but i'm just curious as to what kind of age group we have here among our "H Family"...peer support group.

So if anyone feels it's not too much info, with no disrespect intended what's everyones age?

My OBs do seem to be only on my right buttcheek. When I tried topical DMSO, I seemed to get a few smaller ones on the other cheek where my original OB touched it (my OB is just inside the crack), but now they seem to have narrowed down to the original spot.
I got it there, I think, before I had actual sex with my exboyfriend. Before that we would mess around a lot and a lot times he would be rubbing himself along that area pretty hard.
In retrospect I remember my first OB, it was a very itchy, poison ivy-like vertical row of bump that I itched a lot. They scabbed up, but I don't recall any blisters. From then on, they would reoccur some, but I always chalked it up to a rash from my thong or something. I think that in the past I had a tiny row of bumps a few inches lower on my bum as well, but It's really pretty much the same spot all the time. I feel lucky, I guess--- as far as having herpes is concerned. I'm very careful with that spot, when drying off I never wipe anything else on my body after I've wiped that area, even if I have no signs of an OB, and I just hope that it continues to stay in the same place.

Moving, you impress the heck out of me, i had no idea you were 27 you sound so much more mature and so much wiser from your posts than that. Yes i mean it as a compliment. It's interesting that you've never had an OB anywhere else but umm where you have it. I've always enjoyed your posts, and thank you for the info i appreciate it. You probably don't worry about passing H on much because of where you have your outbreaks.
