I don't use it. But my dad will be soon. He went in for a routine check up, and the doctor told him he needs to lose weight. His prescription is Phentermine. So, we'll see how that goes for him, I hope it works.

Sporadically is the only way that I could see phentermne working long term. 3 days on at a time every couple weeks or so. You should put some old fashioned hard wok in there to minimize your reliance on phentermine. The less often you have to use it, the better it will work when you do.
