Blood pressure can be measured in portal vein (which brings the blood from intestine to the liver) to determine an effect of damaged liver on circulation or to determine the cause of abdominal liquid collection (ascites). You haven't mentioned what's your disease about so it's hard to say more.

After reading about your condition I was thinking that maybe pressure in different parts of intestine could be measured since it seems you might have several "block" spots there. Intestinal bloat pressure or something like that could be the name of the test but I'm just guessing. Try to call the doctor if you are worried, or maybe the nurse on the phone will know the exact name of the test.
