I just had to share! My 2 1/2 year old son, who has never spoken a word before just sang the entire alphabet song. I am so excited this is his first sign that he has actually been absorbing what we teach him. Our kids really do have the power to amaze us sometimes!

WOW!!! Thats amazing, I'm so happy for you and your son. I've had the same thing happen to me before with my autistic children. It's amazing because you think that what you say and do with them isn't getting in, and then one day the surprise you. Just keep working with him, they really pay attention more than they let on. Good luck!!!!!!!!!

They saw a child "in a world of his own". I see the most the most brilliant star. They saw a child "who may never speak". I see a gift that didn't need words. They saw a child with "limited possibility". I see a child, my child, who can soar past the sky.
