Help, I have had two kids in the past two years. After I had my son i lost the weight but not all that i wanted to. Then just last May 03 I had another baby and everything is so different. I can't seem to lose any of the weight And I don't seem to gain anything either. In the past year I have tried everything and nothing worked.Not losing this weight has made me so depressed and I have no engery to keep up with my 2 year old. Please someone help me with giving me advice on how to lose this weight. :confused:

I only ask this question, because it was the question that was asked to me after I voiced you same complaints to my doctor after my 2nd child. Are you REALLY doing everything ("tried everything") of have you just done what you have hoped would work, or has worked for you in the past?
I used to do any diet and drop weight in a snap. After my 2 kids, the ONLY (And yes, I have tried ALMOST everything) that ended up working for me is exercise. Not kill yourself, body builder buff, sweat like a pig exercise - just steady and CONSISTENT exercise. This finally helped me LOSE the last 25 lbs. I thought I could never shake. Some walking, some TaeBo, etc. When I exercise on a REGULAR basis, it practically doesn't matter what I eat. I just maintain.
