I have been doing moderately intense exercise for the past 3.5 months, and am planning to take a break week very soon. My current workout includes HIIT cardio 3x/week, "fat-burn" cardio 1-2x/week, and weight training 4-5x/week.
I am wondering if anyone here has taken a "break week" that includes not working out, and eating whatever you want? If so, are there severe consequences for taking the week break? I know that Body for Life tauts doing a break week after a 12-week cycle, but my program isn't *quite* the same as BFL and I am a little concerned about wrecking my metabolism.
