I have questions on Bare Mineral products I've heard they're great and want to try them-
Where can you get them

You can buy them directly from BE or several other stores online (BE also has actual stores) and you can check auction sites.
A .3 oz (9 grams) jar of foundation is $25.
The amount of time it lasts vary from person to person.
I didn't like BE. It gave my skin a shiny look - even with the Mineral Veil. It didn't cover well & I had trouble getting a good color match.
If you're interested in mineral makeup you may want to check out some of the other lines as well. My favorites are Aromaleigh & GeoGrafx - you can buy samples directly from them. Their products are matte - so no shine. They also don't contain bismuth which can cause irritation & itching in some people (BE DOES contain bismuth). I get much better coverage, the makeup stays on all day, and I get a good color match. Also, with Aromaleigh, you get a 3 oz.- net vol. (30 gram - net weight) jar for $17.25 - so you get quite a lot more for less money.

I love Bare Minerals and use it everyday. I have very very sensitive skin with no problems. It lasts all day on me and gives great coverage (broken bloodvessels, scarring etc. --all covered). I get the 9 gram jar on auction sites for $18 bucks (the big one that lasts me about 9 months or so) I dont use mineral veil daily but just my bareminerals. Application techinque differs for lots of people, but I dab on any spots that need extra cover then do the whole face. After I dampen my hands and press it into my skin. It lasts from morning til night for me-even if I get sweaty. It also has spf 15 which is great. I will never switch to anything else (I was a former prescriptives devotee and have done a few wedding parties makeup with bareminerals-and almost everyone that had it done went and switched to mineral makeup too!) Unbelieveable makeup, and very inexpensive for 9 months of use.
