Hi Meme. I noticed a few of your posts below and wanted to ask you about the GFCF diet that you have your child on. Do you need to go to a specialty store to get the items you need such as the rice dream milk, etc? I have read about certain products, but never see them in the grocery stores. I live in Hawaii and they do not have many specialty stores but I would really like to start my 3 year old son on the diet. I took him off of milk and dairy when he was 2 and I couldn't believe the changes that occurred soon afterwards. He stopped throwing tantrums and was more alert. He was even able to sit through circle time at his school which he had never done before and I honestly thought he would never be able to do. So it gives me hope that putting him on the GFCF diet will help him even more. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

Well, I'm not meme but my son has been on the GFCF diet. I got almost all of his foods from the internet. I was also on a strict budget so I had to make most of his foods. You can also buy the ingredients. I found Gluten Solutions to be very helpful. (Even when you call) Good luck. It is certainly worth a try.
