Lately I've been seeing a small black *** when I look anywhere bright. But very recently it has become several dots. I've been to see an eye doctor, he said it was normal but I'm a bit curious. If anyone knows what this could be or has experienced this please post.

I have the same annoying problem. I always figured it was floaters. I only have it when I have a sinus infection.

Sounds like floaters to me. It's a common thing and quite harmless. It's a good thing you were checked out by a eye doctor as it could indicate something more serious. A floater is one or more spots that appear to drift in front of the eye, caused by a shadow cast on the retina by vitreous debris or separation of the vitreous humour from the retina.
