I have had iritis a few times and stys and blephartis. Now I have this feeling in my right eye that feels like I poked it and it lasts all day. Worse in the morning. What could this be...had it for 3 days now.

Does it feel like there is something in there? If so, it could be a corneal abrasion. You should go to your ophthalmologist and get checked out to be safe.
