Well its actually just as good as the caffiene one. I have lost the weight that I wanted, my stomach is alot flatter now and no more love handles. I lost a total of 8lbs in 2 weeks with this product im done taking it now because just about fat free hehe probably 8% body fat not sure somewhere around there. No bad side effects, did give more energy and really kept food cravings down. I highly recommend it but follow the instructions on the bottle and exercise as needed. Good luck.
