what brand of milk sub. is gfcf that I can buy in the store?

Hi- There are soy milks available in the grocery store-as well as Rice milks, such as rice dream. Ask your store manager where they are if you cannot find them. Some kids also have problems with soy- as the protein molecules are similar to milk's.
