I used it for about 6 months with a strict diet of lots of fiber and water, it worked for the most part, I lost 45 lbs. I since went off it due to it stopped working and it kept me awake. Good luck!

I tried it once before and I became to fidgety. However, I have had some friends who have used it and like it. Personally, I wouldn't mess with it again.

Also, 15 pounds in two weeks is not healthy at all. At most you should strive to lose 2-2.5 pounds per week, unless you are extremely overweight. But even then 7.5 pounds/ week is not healthy.

I used it about a year and a half ago for about 6 to 8 months or so. In that time I lost 25 lbs. I stopped taking it when I became pregnant, but while I was taking it, it was almost like a miracle pill for me. When I first started taking it, like the first 5 days or so, it made me a bit jittery, but after that I had no side effects whatsoever. Usually any kind of diet pill makes me very jittery and makes me feel very nervous, even ones that do not contain Ephedrine, but this pill didn't do that to me. I took the full four pills a day, stopped drinking soda, ate a little healthier, though not much, and really didn't exercise that much. Before I started taking them, I was tired ALL the time, and that made me grumpy, but these pills really made a difference. Everyone saw how much I changed almost as soon as I started taking them. I was happy, (but not in that fidgety I'm-high-on-something way) awake, full of energy, and still had an appetite. The pills did not keep me awake at night, unless I took the last one of the day too late in the evening, and even then it wasn't bad. The only problem I had was waking up to the alarm in the morning, because when I did go to sleep, I slept really hard. I'm usually not that deep of a sleeper. All in all, I loved it and plan to start taking it again after I have the baby. Though pills aren't for everyone and some of you may think differently, for those of you who are curious, I would just suggest you try it and see if you like it. Good luck!

I used it when it had the Ephedrine and more recently without the Ephedrine. Big difference! The newer one without the ephedrine doesn't make you feel nearly as jittery, in fact, I have only felt jittery once or twice in the last month or so that I have used it. Also, if I ever feel jittery it tends to be because I have either taken two pills, and then I switch to one, or because I didn't eat after taking the pills or workout. Once you do either, the jitteryness goes away. Think of it this way, although it is used as a weight loss supplement, pills originally similar to this were used by bodybuilders and the like. They would take the pills and it would help them work out, but in the course of the workout, they would burn off the effects (i.e. any jitteryness) that might be associated with the pills. Hope this helps in some way.
By the way, I am not consistent with taking the pills, but have found they really help with suppressing my appetite. Although I haven't been consistent, and haven't worked out a ton (actually, almost none, I have lost about 10 pounds over the past month).

When a company spends a FORTUNE getting a product well accepted by the marketplace and then it turns out that its main active ingredient is KILLING people; often it removes the active ingredient and tries to continue selling the now useless product as "DEADLY CHEMICAL FREE VERSION."
This is like taking Lipitor for cholesterol after the atorvastatin was removed and all that was left was the fillers....maybe with some caffeine added.
These "non-ephedra" ephedras are a major ripoff...have a cup of coffee instead!
Think also of the jillion products that try to SOUND like Dianabol (a potent anabolic steroid) without having anything "requiring prescription"....Trianabol, anyone? Hexanabol. A nice Questosterone fix, maybe?
Or an non-amphetamine that SOUNDS like Dexadrine but ISN'T! Dexatrim sounds about right!
There no shortage of ways to separate the consumer from his money: Caveat Emptor (Let the Buyer Beware!)

I agree with Zip, they are a rip off. I tried it and it raced my heart and made me bounce off the walls. Not that I don't need the extra energy with 3 kids but I also don't need my heart working overtime. I second, Have a cup of coffee! JMO

Thanks to those that have actually tried it and posted. :)
I think i'm going to give it a whirl. I'm 32 5'7" and 150. Just bought a treadmill, and will hope that the use of one will encourage the other.
also going to try HIIT... I'm not looking for a miracle pill but anything helps!
Ordering tonight, will update you on my progress...

I myself have tried it as well and I didn't like it. It made me feel sick to my stomach but it definitely cut my cravings. I guess it works different with everyone and I have heard that it works great some people. But just like "angeleyesinga" my heart rate increased drastically and I felt as if I was gonna explode. I was all shaky and weird.
