i am a 34 yerold male who has been having problems since an accident at work but had prior hip problems before . i lost the workers comp case i have degenerative disk, scoliosis and a left thoracic muscle problem also have anxiety depression i have been in the ssa process for 3years the appeals council sent my case back to the alj on remand .in oct of 2003 i had seen lots of docs before and tried all alternative meds a friend reffered me to a doc who i went to and described what efforts i had been through and i ask what he could do for me i showed my exrays to him and he ask what i thought i needed for pain i said i will leave this up to you he ask me if i had taken mscontin i said know but i have taken percoset so we went with the percoset i have seen him since oct 2003 until present he had three rules for prescribing meds 1 that iwould not go to any other docs for pain meds 2 i would not take more than prescribed unless it got really severe and did not control the pain 3 i would not sell the drugs.my attorneys ask him to fill out an rfc form they got it back and it was horrible he said that i was seeking pain meds and that all i wanted was money from the ssa but still he continued to give me the meds can anyone give me some advice on what to do now
