Have any of you tried using herbal remedies for treating PCOS? I have been researching two herbal options = Vitex (chaste tree berry) and False Unicorn. Both are supposed to help treat irregular cycles. ... but also state not to take during pregnancy. They are both highly recommended in treating female infertility -- so how do you take them if you are trying to get pregnant and not supposed to take them when pregnant? :confused:
