okay so first i wait 3weeks for the hair to be the right leigh of hair then i wax it but then it grows back about a month or so later do i have to wait another 3 weeks for the hair to grow out again? :confused:

I get a brazillian wax done every 4 weeks. That is all the time you need to wait. By then it will be long enough. If you wait for much longer than 4 weeks it can hurt even more than normal as the hairs get longer and more attached (if that makes sense).
So, after your first wax, go back in a month and continue going monthly. Easy as that. :)
