hey.. lately ive been REALLY gasy.. and i poop A LOT!! .. alot of the times i go to sit on the toilet but it just does not want to come out.. so i finish and then im all gasy again as if i have to ****.. my lower abdominal kind of hurts too because I am so gasy sometimes.. I really dont know what would be wrong with me? any suggestions as to why im so gasy and have to poop alot??? :eek:

I think you need to take a water soluble fiber supplement to bulk up your stool-- it works for loose stools as well as constipation. I use Metamucil.
