I have horrible stretch marks on my breasts because they are growing so fast. I am only 14 yrs old so it is majorly embarrisng. If anyone knows how to make them go away i will totally LOVE you.

Try using google to do a search on "stretch mark repair". There are a lot of products out there like Strivectum and Renaissance (creams). Most women use them after they've been pregnant, there is another out there that starts with an A I think..but can't recall the name. The downside to these products is that they're quite costly. You could also try getting some Vitamin E gel tablets and poking them and putting the gel straight onto the stretch marks. I was in a bad car accident and that is what my cosmetic surgeon had me do for my face scar, worked like a charm. Mind you it took a couple of years or doing it regularily.

Maybe wear a firmer bra, so they aren't hanging and worsening the marks.
