Hi, I guess I should start by saying that I'm a fifteen year old girl and weigh 100 pounds, and Im really worried. I dont no if whats happing is anything serious but lately I've been getting some weird symptoms and im not sure if these are signs of something that I should go to the doctor for....
-Lately when I try to sleep im eaither up till like 3am and finally get some sleep or i will sleep for a little while and then I wake up in the middle of the night and I cant fall back alseep
- I have been getting these really bad headachs that dont really go away even if i fall asleep with one, in the mornig i still have it.
- I've been reacently getting nosebleeds, i have had two in the past week, and another a little while ago, i mostly start to get them when I cry , but just last night I got a small one from just lying down. Now I never used to get nose bleeds this often except for the occasonal one - in - a -blue moon kind of thing.
- Again recently I have been very light headed often when standing up, now I no like sometimes when people get up fast they can sometimes fell lightheaded but when I get up its alot worse , because like im not sure how to explain it but my vision gets weird and i feel like im just about ready to faint, then after a few minutes it goes away.
- Im really prone to low grade fevers but like most of the time my temp. is low like around 96.0, 97.0, and sometimes it even goes as low as 95.6.
- Sometimes when Im cold or in a cold room, I look down at my hands and i swear it looks like my skin is riddled with lines and it goes all the way up my arms i mean i guess its just my veins but its weird because my fingers also sometimes turn a purpleish blueish color.
Well thats pretty much it, I hope I dont seem like Im over reacting but Im just scaired that theres something wrong and I dont know about it. I'd really apreciate it if you can help.

You are not over reacting. You have a legitimate concern. In all honesty, I have no idea what it could be, but definitely tell your parents. If you were my child, with nosebleeds and headaches, I would make an appointment with the doctor asap. Im not saying this to scare you, it could be bad sinuses or something more. Bottom line is you need to be seen by a doctor.

Sweetie, only a doctor can tell you what is wrong with you, if anything. They can do blood tests and other tests. Just have your mother or father make you an appointment and tell the doctor all the things you have said here.
