Hey, maybe some of the people who have been here for like... over 6 mo. remember the post i was having. It seems that i had aspartame poisoning, then got dextrose and corn syrup poisoning (?)

anyhows. this will be part 2. :D

So i go to my friends house and i eat oatmeal and cheese and this special 100% organic stuff and im like.. great.. ive been eating oatmeal for like past week my hair is almost PERFECT! in the shower i lose maybe 2-4 hairs but thats it :))))) im so happy. anyhows... if i eat anything like too fatty or sugar or aspartame or anything not 100% organic.. then i bald again. whats weird is that i had peanuts to begin with on it, but now when i eat peanuts it happens too.

is there any way (even medical) that i can get my digestive system back to the way it is? like maybe a pill that can make my white blood cells and red blood cells all evened out again???

FOOD LIST AS OF NOW:

Cheese
Oatmeal
Purified Water
Apples
Oranges
Vegetables
Eggs
Toms of Main toothpaste

thats all i know of so far... i would really like a fatty cholestrol ridden cheeseburger once... and not bald all over the place. thanks :)

I'd suggest that if you have all these things going on and those are the only foods that you can eat without going bald that a trip to the doctor is in order. What you are describing is certainly not normal.

It's normal to lose 50-100 hair a day.

You're probably just going bald. It happens to millions of people. Granted, it's no fun, but if it's genetic, there really isn't anything you can do about it. Eating certain foods isn't going to stop the process.

I know that it can't be fun and that you're anxious about it. I'm not trying to minimize your feelings. I'm just saying that it appears you're creating a tremendous amount of anxiety in yourself and that it can't be healthy to obsess about something that you can't stop.

I hope you find peace with this. Good luck.

nope... it started when i was 14. i was a cueball, i stopped eating aspartame, my hair grew back thick and full

accidentally i started using aspartame for about a week
it came back then

my hairs growing back... just shedding faster than it can grow. it gets thicker when i dont eat whats not on the list... my friends have seen the transition too
