I've been on Vioxx for the past 8 weeks and it has helped me return to the real world...the headaches, dizzies, all much better!!

My prescription has just run out...my worry...everything will return full tilt!

Should i worry?? Anyone have long term experience with vioxx?

Thanks!

It is very possible your symptoms were due to muscle inflammation and the Vioxx has fixed that and you will be fine now!!

What is vioxx?

vioxx is an NSAID - non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. it reduces inflammation, and is generally used for [osteo]arthritis pain. it was originally touted [along with celebrex] as being more gentle for the stomach, since NSAIDs are pretty tough on the tummy. however, a recent study showed that it might not be as gentle as originally thought.
