When I retract the foreskin of my penis, it goes over the glans halfway then stops. Part of the foreskin looks like it is glued onto the glans. What can I do to fix it?

Hey bud, sounds like it needs bit of stretching to help it move easily over the head of your penis and down the shaft. Take a look around on this thread, there is alot of information posted about stretching and how to do it. Good luck and let us know if you need more help.
