Recommended DMG for hyperactivity.
I finally found DMG. I bought a bottle. Tablets 100 mg. Do tell me how do you give your children.
Mine is 17 and I was thinking as it is a trial thing I would start at 50 mg.
Or should I start at 25 mg (whereby cutting the DMG in 4 pieces).
HELP! Thank you!

Hi. I have been giving my three year old 1 250mg tablet a day since he was 2. DMG is classified as a food and I have never heard anyone say they have had any negative side effects. If you are worried start out with the one whole tablet and if you don't see any difference then I would give him one in the morning and one at night. I also use 75mg of B6 a day and 250mg of magnesium. Good Luck!!!!!!!! The combination of all three supplements changed my son dramatically!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks. I have copied the detailed information and I will try it. Will go buy the B6 as I only have Becomplex.
Honestly the Mellaril/Thorazine is killing my child, but so far all other drugs tried have had worse side effects. Thank you.

Hi,
My son is 8 years old and has Asperger's and ADHD we have seen good results with the use of DMG, Vitamin B6 and Magnesium too. He has made a lot of progress since taking these supplements. I think the Magnesium is supposed to help absorb the B6. I am so glad we tried it!
Best of luck to you.

Everyone,
I have started the DMG, with Calcium 503 mg and Magnesium 250mg plus Vitamin B Complex which has 100 mg of each B vitamin.
I have been unable to get B6 and Magnesium on their own here.
As this is the first day, I will just monitor him and keep you up to date.
