I had a cold sore outbreak a couple months ago and it left two white spots on my bottom lip where the outbreak occured.I thought these were just temporary discolorations of the skin but it has been almost four months and the spots are still there. Has anyone else had a similar experience with a cold sore or herpes outbreak on the lips? Are these scars from my outbreak or should I wait longer and see if it goes away?
