About 4 or 5 years ago I discovered lumps all over my body. I will describe where they all are to have somebody better help me. I have one near my hairline in the back of my head where the skull would connect to the spine, one to the right of it. They are both pea size and very hard. The one near the spine patrodes outwards but moves slightly while the other one does not. On the left side of my neck there are probably about 5-8 lumps ranging from pea size to dime size that I can move but are rock hard. The right side of my neck is not as extreme with one or two small ones that move but are rock hard. In the front of my neck near the top there is one the size of the inside part of a peanut. Where my legs attach to my pelvis near there are probably about 10-15 total on both sides combined ranging in size but all hard and move.
Keep in mind I have noticed these for about 4 or 5 years since I was about 14. None of them hurt, I rarely have headaches. If I put my finger on them sometimes I will feel something similar to a pulse on the one on my head and neck. Nothing has increased in size or changed in shape for these years. I haven't been to a doctor however in 3 years. There is no history of cancer in my family.
Can anyone please explain to me or help me out with there take on it? The only 'new' lump I have is right below my rib cage, not underneith, and may be a muscle since I have been working out for a while. Hopefully that's what it is!!
Please somebody respond with there opinion and keep in mind everything I have wrote.

If you've had these lumps since you were 14, and you're not feeling otherwise ill (losing weight, loss of appetite, fatigued, etc.), they're probably not cancerous, but still should be checked out by a doctor. There are many different types of skin conditions that could cause lumps, and also some conditions of the underlying tissue (the coverings of the ligaments and tendons, etc.). I don't think this is exactly an emergency, but I would schedule a doctor's appointment fairly soon.

Thanks for the response. I will get it checked out. I forgot to post that I do not smoke or drink. I have one question too though for cancer in general ... Do tumors grow over time if they are cancerous?

The answer to that is yes, they usually do grow if they're cancerous. That's another reason that I think yours probably are not; still, it's a condition that should be checked out. It could be some sort of autoimmune disease, in which case you would need some treatment.
