Hi,

I've been having some problems with my feet for the past 3 weeks. Most often it affects the right foot majority of the time. The thing is that I am not sure if it is general foot pain or neuropathically related? It initially started as a burn sensation under the arch of my foot. I tried wearing magnetic soles and the burn sensation was gone after a week, but then the next week some pain (more like stiffness) migrated up the ankle and tendon area of the foot. A week later it migrated up the lower leg muscle area. Now, it's more like in the lower portions of the upper right leg. It seems like the pains sometimes are in different areas up and down my foot. They seem migratory. The pain is bearable (don't need pain killers yet) and it sometimes comes and go. At home, sometimes, I rarely feel it. Also I notice when I am walking (not long distances), the pain goes away too.

I highly suspect it is nerve related because I am also experiencing some nerve pains in my arms (esp. left hand) that could be symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I am not sure what the problem with my legs are (Tunnel Tarsal Syndrome???

I am very positive that they are stress and anxiety induced because I had a major panic and stress attack a month ago. Plus, I am obese.

Can this heal itself naturally if it is neuropathically related? I want to rest this out and in the meantime, go on a more healthy vegetarian diet and take essential B vitamins. I want to give it a test trial before consulting the doctor.

I'm not sure, but if you are obese, you might do a search on neuropathy/nerve pain, as it is sometimes caused by diabetes related problems, and if you're overweight, your legs can become nerve damaged if sugar levels are high or ability to process sugar is compromised. I would definitely check it out with your regular doctor.
