I pass a very large formed hard stool. Toilets get clogged easily unless the stool is broken into pieces before flushing. Does anybody have suggestions on how to avoid toilet overflows?
I currently have a 3.5Gallon toilet in the U.S. and I’m afraid to replace it with a 1.6 gallon toilet.
Is the Toto brand from Japan really unique and better at flushing hard formed stools? Since I think it is 1.6 gallon only, I really wonder.
Can somebody point me to some comparisons of toilets or some resources, web sites, etc.. that could help.
Thank you.

Hi,i'm a plumber.I think you should try the American standart elongated with a higher tank. It's a new model(1.6g) but i will have to call my distributor for the model which i don't remember.I have see the toilette in action and we tried many fakes stools and it rarely plugs. :bouncing:
