What do you mean the mammograms came up "negative"? No breast cancer? A mammogram is where they flatten your breast in this machine to look for lumps and that, is it not?

Developing your pecs only pushes breast tissue further out, because the muscle grows larger and it is on the very bottom layer.

Age could be a factor - if you are a teenager some breast development is normal and usually lasts up to a year before going away.

the doctor scheduled me twice to check for lumps considering that men can get breast cancer as well. i am in my mid twenties and this tissue has been present for about 2 years so far. my right breast is perfectly normal though.

Check out Gynecomastia. Some men get it in only one side. It comes in all sizes.
I have it in both sides. Mine are 42C & fully sexually sensitive.
