I have had 5 weeks of 24/7 dizziness. At times I get extemely dizzy,and my eyesight is all messed up. It feels like I have tunnel vision, and my dizziness is being caused by my eyes. I am being tested for inner ear stuff, but I don't have all of the symptoms of that. This is getting really bad!

It is possible that you have meneure's disease, a fluid balance problem of the inner ear that can cause extreme vertigo, but that usually comes in attacks. You should see a neurologist because this disease normally doesn't affect vision like you describe. Get him to give you a work up just to be on the safe side. Is your vision always tunnel, or does it come and go between tunnel and normal? If it is constant tunnel, go see the neuro ASAP.
