I was recently diagnosed with sectional colitis, with differentials to include Crohn's or Ulcerative Colitis.
A biopsy showed no Granulomata or Parasite.
Can anyone tell me what this means?
I have been scared the Colitis was caused by an STD or even HIV!
How can I find out? If this was the case would the biopsy have shown something? There was a strong presance of Lymphooid cells as well.
Any help would be appreciated.
