Anyone have pink eye that doesn't want to respond to tx quickly? I got mine April 1, went to the dr and got antibiotic drop AND antibiotic pills for 7 days. Started feeling better, but it's not gone yet. So last Friday (yesterday) I went and got antibiotic drops from another dr. Are drops enough? I got it in BOTH eyes, is it going to go away?

It's not going away even after a visit to the doctor??? Go back to the same doctor and let them know it's not going away. Don't go to yet another doctor because they won't know your history. Ask them if it could be blepharitis - it's different and doesn't respond to conjunctivitis treatments. Many doctors don't know about blepharitis and misdiagnose it as conjunctivitis. That's what happened to me...

Oh that's interesting, thanks for that. I don't think I have that because it said that it's worse in the morning and mine is worse as I go along during the day.
I can never seem to get my dr. as he was on holidays last week. I am seeing a eye specialist on Tuesday morning. So I will come back here and let you know the outcome.

Well I went to the eye dr. and he said - try going off the antibactieral drops as they are irritating your eyes. He gave me normal soothing drops. Well my eyes are STILL red.
